Mary Woolsey, FNP-C provides advanced nursing care services to citizens of
Platte County.
An appointment is not required, but highly recommended.
Fees are to be
paid at the time of service and charges may vary. We do not bill third
party payors, except Medicaid and WINhealth, for nurse practitioner services.
Providing Community Health and Wellness Services to
Everyone in Platte County
Platte County Public Health provides many services without an
appointment. We will be happy to assist you when you stop in. If we cannot
provide you with what you need, we have a wealth of information, resources, and
references to help you get the assistance you need.
If you have been newly diagnosed with diabetes, or if you
have had diabetes for years, we can provide you with the most current in diabetes
information.
If you have been newly diagnosed with diabetes, you probably
have a lot of questions. We have resources through our loan library,
Diabetes Support group meetings, or one-on-one teaching and counseling with our
Diabetes Support coordinator/registered nurse.
Family Planning Services
Family Planning Services are available to all Platte County
women and men.
Pregnancy tests are done at our office for a $10.00 fee.
The type of counseling done depends on the result of the test. STD testing
and treatment can be done by our Nurse Practitioner.
